Reservations & Policy
Policy
Rates are quoted per room per night, including buffet breakfast and taxes.
In order to guarantee the reservation we need a credit card details.

Check in time: 2:30 PM - Check out time: 10:30 AM
Breakfast: 07:00 AM- 10:30 AM
Cancellation policy
In order to avoid penalty fee, cancellation has to be notified only by e-mail at least 72 hours prior 12:00 AM of your arrival date. Penalty fee: First night amount.
City Tax
The city tax is not included in the price and is added to room bill. The amount of tax is EUR 4,80 per person/night.
Group Policy
The hotel will apply the following cancellation policy for reservations of more than 3 rooms booked with Free cancellation policy:
- the 30% of the total amount is charged at the moment of the reservation.
- the 70% of the total amount is charged one month prior the arrival date.
Both amounts are not refundable.
Long Stay Policy
The Hotel will apply this cancellation policy for stays longer than 4 nights booked with Free Cancellation Policy:
- The guest can modify or cancel for free until 7 days before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation or modifications after the free cancellation time (7 days before the arrival date) the hotel will charge the 50% of the total amount.
